MUSIC CHOICE ANNOUNCES THE ADDITION OFRYAN MCDERMOTTAS ITS REGIONAL DIRECTOR, SALES AND AFFILIATE RELATIONSNew York, NY – March 15, 2007 – Music Choice, the leading multi-platform music network that reaches millions of consumers through their TVs, online, and cell phones, today announced the addition of Ryan McDermott as its Regional Director, Sales and Affiliate Relations. In his new position, Ryan will be responsible for building new, and strengthening existing, relationships with key affiliate partners of Music Choice. As Music Choice continues to rollout its free video-on-demand music service, and its broadband music service for cable-modem subscribers, Ryan will work closely with our cable partners and the Music Choice marketing team to drive both awareness and usage. “Ryan’s extensive affiliate sales background combined with his diverse business experience will prove invaluable in his new role at Music Choice,” says Rick Bergan, Vice President of Distribution for Music Choice. “Ryan will have the unique opportunity to work for a music network that has evolved from an audio music programmer to a multi-platform music video network that programs the most-popular video-on-demand music service in the country.” Ryan comes to Music Choice from TV Guide where he served in various affiliate sales roles for the past seven years. He was instrumental in selling in the portfolio of TV Guide products including TV Guide Interactive, TV Guide Channel and the TV Games Network. He also managed a number of national accounts and local ad sales efforts during his tenure at TV Guide. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
